Yes. Simply use the "Contact Us" form to e-mail us your questions. You may also contact us at (828) 734-6195 or (828) 452-0647.
How fast can I get my order?
That depends. We strive to turn orders around as quickly as possible. Many times we can have orders sent back out within 24 hours. If you need special handling of your order, please let us know when placing the order.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Check, money order, paypal, and VISA/MasterCard. To pay by credit card, use the Paypal link. Of course, we will accept US currency (cash).
Do you add photos on a regular basis?
Yes. We add photos as they are taken. Click on "Newest Photos" to see the latest photos that we have posted.
Can I submit photos to sell?
Right now the only photos that we sell are the ones taken by Cook Digital Photo & Video and it's partners. In the future we may consider this.
Do you offer refunds?
We will provide refunds to customers who are not satisfied with their photos due to quality issue with the photos. We can not offer refunds for issues with the subject of the photography such as facial expressions, etc.
I can't get into my gallery or my password isn't working?
Make sure that you are entering the password exactly as it was sent to you. If you still can't get in, please contact us and we will look into the problem.
Should I sign up for an account or subscription on the website?
It is not a requirement to purchase photos from the website. However, signing up for an account does allow you to take advantage of some special features of the site.
I don't see the size or type of paper I want for my photos, can I get different sizes?
If you don't see the size of the photo you want or the type of paper you want, please contact us, we may be able to provide it for you.
What is a lightbox and why would I use it?
A light box is a simple way of e-mailing a thumbnail size photo to someone. The photo then acts as a link back to the gallery so that the person can view the larger version. The idea is that you are not sending a large file over the internet. Try it out!
Do you do weddings?
Yes, we do provide wedding photography services. In general, we do not provide our photos in albums, that is not our main business. But, if you want us to provide an album for you, just let us know.
What kind of video services do you offer?
Mainly, we do photo compilations on videos set to music. We can provide video transfer from VHS to DVD. Contact us if you would like more information.
